Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid this 22nd. day of August 1793 on view
of the Body of Walter Bedell< no role > now here lying
Dead

Richard Eagleton< no role > a Prisoner for Debt in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol
of Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Walter
Bedell about ten Months that he was also a Prisoner for Debt
in the said Gaol-that Yesterday Week the deced was taken ill with
a Fever that he continued very ill with the Fever until yesterday
Morning a little before twelve O Clock when he departed this Life
that he was attended by the surgeon of the said Gaol during
his illness and Dept. has not doubt the fever occasioned the deceds
Death.

Sworn this 22nd. day of August 1793
