having attended the deced sometimes when he was unwell
that on going to the deceds Room she found the Door partly open
and the they of the Door within side Dept. went into the Room and saw the deced hanging by a Cord fastened round as
Beam that goes through the Room just by the Bedside
Dept. ran down stairs and gave the alarm to Mrs. Spawden the
Landlady of the House Dept. went up to the deceds Room with
Mrs. Spawden and two Men who happened to be in the House
that one of the Men with a Knife Mrs. Spawden had given
him cut the deced down-that the deced appeared quite dead
one of the Men sayed he was a little warm-Dept. saw the
Soldier who usually selpt in the same Room with the deced
about five OClock on the sunday afternoon standing at the Door
of Mr Spawden House

eight years of age
