now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what
manner the said

came to his death say upon their Oath that the said Samuel
Moggeridge on the fifth day of April in the year aforesaid being then in a certain street there called the Maze
and then and there going after a certain ball which he the said

had been playing with and
which ball he the said

had threw from him It so happened that the Samuel
Moggeridge
in going after the said Ball fell to and against the ground there And that a certain
Cart drawn by one house being then and there passing along and through the said street It so
happened that the off wheel of the said Cart while the same was then and there passing on as aforesaid
and while the said

was on the ground there as aforesaid accidentally casually
and by misfortune dod go to and against the head of him the said

by means
whereof he the said

did then and there receive one mortal wound and
contusion in and upon the head of him the said

of which said mortal
wound and contusion he the said

did then and there die And that the off wheel
of the said Cart was then and there moving to the death of him the said

and
is of the value of

afsd in the County aforesaid And so the Jurors afsd
upon then Oath aforesaid do say that

aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune was mortally bruised and killed and not otherwise
