that on sight hereof you Summon and Warn twenty four good and Sufficient Men of
your Parish personally to be and appear before me on Tuesday the twenty ninth
Day of January instt. at Sixof the Clock in the Evening of the same day
at the house ofMilward known by the Sign of the twelve Bells
in the Church Yard of the said Parish
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in Charge, and
