Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid this 24th. day of December 1792
on view of the Body of Isaiah Smith< no role > now
here lying Dead

John Redenhurst< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Isaiah
Smith about three Months that he was also a Prisoner in the
said Gaol that the deced has been in the Sick Ward where
Dept. attends there four or five days past ill with a Fever
that he continued to get worse daily until Friday Night
last when he departed this Life that he was attended by
the Surgeon of the Gaol during his illness and Dept. has no
doubt the aforesaid Complaint occasioned the deceds.
Death.
