drawn by two or three Horses past by at the time so long Aldersgate
Street towards Saint Martin [..] and that in a little time after
the Dray Lead passed it stopped that there appeared to be two
or three Men with the Dray and one of the Men appeared to be [..] the near side of the Stones

Elizabeth Fuller< no role > a Servant to Mr. Spices of No. 100 in
Aldersgate Street London maketh Oath that [..] about
Six O Clock in the Evening of Thursday last Dept. was passing along
Aldersgate Street that nearly opposite [..] the Corner of Long Lane opposite
a Hatter Shop in Aldersgate Street Dept. saw a Child sitting
in a Round Basket at Play that the Basket [..] was placed or
the Edge of the pavement that a Woman who appeared to be
the Mother of the Child stood with a Barrow of Trail that the
handle of the Barrow stood towards a Port fixed at the Corner of
the Street and the other end up the Street towards St Martin
le Grandthat while the Child was in the Basket playing
the Basket [..] up and the Child fell out of the Basket
with its head towards the Kennel and its feet towards the
Curb Stone< no role > that at the same instant a Dray came part
drawn by two or three Horses and the NearoffWheel of the Dray
part over the deceds headthat a Man who appeared to
be the driver was on the Pavement on the Near side of the
Horses and had passed the Child before the [..] Child tipt
out of the Basket and before the Wheel went over it
