aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for
our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

death say upon their Oath that the said

on the fifteenth day of August
on the year aforesaid being confined in the Watch house of the said parish of
Saint Thomas< no role >
within the Borough
aforesaid in the County aforesaid charged with a certain felony and not
being of sound mind memory and understanding but lunatic and distracted with a certain
small penknife of the value of two pence which he in his right hand had and held the neck and
throat of himself the said

with the penknife aforesaid did then and there
vidently but giving to himself the said

with the Knife aforesaid one
mortal Wound in and upon the throat of him the said

said mortal Wound he the said

to the

said nineteenth day of August in the year aforesaid the said

did dieof the said mortal wound did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid do say that the said
