Ward aforesaid who being now here duly chosen Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the
King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon
their Oath that the said
Lawrence Connelly< no role >
on the Sixth day of July in the Year aforesaid being
employed in the building a certain House in the Parish and ward aforesaid and being on a Certain
Ladder then and there placed at the inside of the said House accidentally Casually and by misfortune
full from and off the said Ladder into the Cellar of the said House by means whereof he the said

did then and there receive on Mortal Wound and bruise in and upon the
back part of the head of him the said Lawrence Connely of which said Mortal Wound and bruise
he the said Lawrence Connely did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid do say that the said Lawrence Connely in manner and by the means aforesaid
casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed In Witness whereof as well the said
