Men of the Parish aforesaid who being now here duly chosen Sworn and Charged to inquire for
our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to her death
say upon their Oath that the said

on the nineteenth day of June in the Year
aforesaid being in and about a certain Windmill situate at Ballersea
in the County of Surrey
and being near to the Wings of the said Windmill while the same were going Round and in
motion It so happened that one of the Wings of the said Mill Accidentally Casually and by misfortune
did strike and force the said

from the said mill to and against the Ground
there by means whereof she the said

did then and there receive divers mortal bruises
and Contusions in and upon her Back Breast Loins and other parts of her Body of which
said Mortal Bruises and Contusions she the said

did then and there die
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner
and by the means aforesaid Casually and by Misfortune was accidentally killed And that one
of the Wings of the said Mill was moving to the death of the said

and is of the
value of five Shillings and the property and in the possession of Goss and
Benvill of Bollersea aforesaid Distillers
