Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Saint George within the Borough
of Southwark Surrey the 18 June 1792
on view of the body of John Augustus< no role >
Wiseman there lying dead.

William Pike< no role > of the Borough Market Southwark Lighterman
maketh oath that last Friday fortnight Dept was out on
business with the deced, and they called at Mr. Jacksons a
put the house in Grays Inn lane . That a dispute arose between
the decd and Mrs. Jackson & some time afterwards Mrs. Jackson
came home when his Wife informed him that the deced had used
her ill with his tongue, & she pointed out the deced to him
whereupon he [..] seized the deced by the Collar & dragged him
from out of the Tap room into the passage , and Dept heard a
scuffle in the passage , and in a very short time Jackson returned
into the Tap room, and the deced followed him. Says at that time
the deceds nose bled; that he sat down & Jackson & the deced
talked together for some time & afterwards went away. Dept says
he saw the deced on the Sunday & [..] Tuesday following when he
appeared to be very ill.

George Southwark Widow of the deced maketh oath that the
deced returned home on the eve of Friday Fortnight and
complained of his side. Says he continued ill & complaining of
his side until the Sunday sevenight [..] when he died. Dept says
the deced declared several times previous to his death & when he
tho's himself as Dept believes in a dying [..] that Mr. Jackson
