Informations of Witnesses taken
at the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the Ward of Aldgate in
London aforesaid on the 23d day of Sept.
1791 on view of the Bodies of two Infant
Children whose Names are unknown
now here lying dead.

Edward Jolly< no role > a Lodger at No. 2 three King Court in
the Minories London Button maker maketh Oath that
about ½ past Eleven in the Morning of Wednesday last
Dept. attending at a House No. 2 Hounsditch which had
been on five the Night preceeding discovered the Body of
a Child upon the Ground floor of said House that the
Body was so much burntDept. can't say whether it
was a boy or Girl & that Dept. assisted to take the deced
to [..] the House of Mr. Thompson the Belly Church Row Hounsditch that
in about a quarter of an hour afterwards Dept. having
returned to the House went up to the top of the adjoining House & in a two pair of stairs
back Room in the said Housethat had been burnt he
saw one of the firemen attending the House take a Child
from off a Beam that went across the two pair of stairs
Roomthat the Child was so much burnt with the
fire Deot, can't say whether that was a Boy or Girl
that Dept. assisted to take the [..] the Child to [..]
with the other Child that been found a cause of death
