that last Sunday morng. Dept went to the Watchhouse to see
the decedThat Dept examined the deced & found a small
contusion on the back past of his head, says the deced had all
the Symptoms about him of a person whose brain was injured
That he was seal to the Hospital where it was discovered his
Scull was fractured & he died on Sunday eve.
