maketh Oath that last
saturday night about 9 Dept. was told a Man was in Liquor
by the comer of field lane
in Holborn - that Dept. went the their
& found the deced sitting in the street against the Window of the
one ten alehouse; that he appeared to be in liquor & dept with
assistance took him to the Watchouse - that the deced sayed he
[..] by the one tree in old Street
and that he belonged to the
new Ruir Company - that in the morning Dept. was called up &
told the deced was ill whereupon Dept. went to the Watch house &
assistance was sent for to see the deced & he was afterwards taken
to the Hospital.

Oath that last saturday night about last past nine as he
was coming down Holborn till he saw a man lying upon his
back upon the foot pavement & several people were around him
Dept. assisted to lift up the deced and place him by the Window
of the one [..] Alehouse - that at this time Mr. Allen came &
the deced was taken to the Watchouse - He sayed he hired was the
one tree in old street Road
. The deced appeared to be much in
Liquor.
