An Inquon Ct. taken Ct. at £ (ie) at the Parish of [..]
St. Bartholomew the Great in the Ward of Harringdon without in London
of on the 4 day of March in the 31 Year Etc before Etc on view of the Body of
Edwd Hall< no role > now here lying dead by the Oath of Etc who being Etc say upon this
Oath that the said Edwd. Hall< no role > on the 26th day of Febry in the 31st Year Etc
being Intoxicated and Drunk with Excessive drinking and beingoing and
pass in along and through a certain public Street called Holborn [..]
Hill It so happened that the said Edwd. Hall accidy casually and
by misfortune feel and upon the Ground and against the
Stone Payement there by means whereof he the said Edwd Hall< no role >
did then and there ran one Mortal Fracture and Contusion
wane upon the back part of the head of him the said Edwd.
Hall of wch sd Matar fracture and contusion he the said
Edwd Hall< no role > from the said 26th day of febry in the Year afd certed
the 27 day of the same Month of febry in the same Year as well
as the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the Ward afd. as also
at the sd. Parish of St. Bartw. the Great in the Wd. afd. did Languish
and languishing did live On wch sd. 27 day of Febry in the up
afd at the [..] & Wd afd. in L afd. the said Edwd. Hall< no role > of the sd
Mortal Fracture and Contusion did die and so the Jurors
do say that the sd. Edwd. Hall in Manner and by the
me and afd. casually and by misfortune was accidy killed
