in the Ward of Castle baynard in London aforesaid on the

manner the said

came to his death say upon their Oath that the said James
Robert Trimmer< no role >
on the twenty sixth day of October in the year aforesaid being on a certain Wharf belonging
Atkinson there situate and near unto the River
[..] so happened that the said

Trimmer accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and of the said Wharf into the
Mud Sand and other filth then and there lying on the Banks of the said River and in and wish the said
Mud Sand and other filth was then and suffocated and Choaked of which said Suffocation and
Choaking he the said

Trimmer did then and there die and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their
Oath aforesaid do say that the said

Trimmer in manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentally casually and by misfortune was suffocated and choaked In Witness whereof as well
the said Coroner as the said
