To the Beadles and Constables of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of
Farringdon without

To wit By Virtue of my office these are in his Majesty's name to charge and command you that on Sight
here of you summon and Warn twenty four good and sufficient men of your
personally to be and appear before me on Thursdaythe Twenty third Day of September
instant at 7of the Clock in the afternoon at the House of Thomas Matts< no role >
known by the sign of the Anchor & Crown situate in the Parish and
Ward aforesaid
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge and to inquire
on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King touching the Death of William Hepworth< no role > and for so doing
this shall be you Warrant and that you attend at the time and place above mentioned to make
are turn of the names of those whom you have so Summoned and further to do and execute
such other matters as shall be then and there enjoined you and have you then there this Warrant
Giving under my Hand and Seal this twenty thirdDay of September 1790
