in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
Thomas Morgan< no role >
about nine Months that he was also a Prisoner in the said
Gaol that he came into the Sick Ward where Deponent
attends on the 13th: instt. very ill with a Fever that he
continued very ill until Saturday Afternoon last the 18th.
instt when he departed this Life that he was attended by
the Surgeon
of the said Gaol and Dept: has no doubt but
the Fever occasioned the deceds death.
