Dresser maketh oath that about the 9th. instant the deced was
brot into the Hospital ill of a wound on his right thigh
lays the wound was large and appeared to have been
occasioned by a Gun shot. That the deced died last Sunday
night and Dept says he has no doubt but his death was
produced by the Wound before mentd.
