aforesaid who
being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said lord the king when how and in what manner the said
Man unknown came to his death say upon then oath that the said Man unknown then lately before accidentally
casually and by misfortune fell in to the River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there
suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation and drowning he the said man unknown did then lately before die
and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Man unknown in manner and by the means
aforesaid was suffocated and drowned In Witness whereof as will the said Coroner as the said
