a Prisoner
in His Majesty Gaol of Newgate
who being on his
Oath saith that the deceased has been in the Sick Ward Whereof this Depondent
is Wardson [..] since the ninth day of February last ill with a fever which
continued until Yesterday morning when he died that he was regularly
Attended by the Apothecary
of the said Gaol and that the fever aforesaid
was the Cause of his Death.
