William Cassew< no role > of Bedford Sury Westr. one of the patrole
of the parish of Black Friars London maketh oath that last
Wednesday morning between the hours of 12 and are Dept. being
on his duty he looked over the platform and saw the deced lying not
The deced was a live but appeared not to be able to speakDept.
immedy. was [..] for assistance that the deced might be taken care of
and [..] return the deced was dead.

Linen draper maketh oath that the deced laid with Dept as a
Porter to upwards of a YearSays about two months ago Dept.
discovered that deced had a venereal complaint, upon which Dept
sent him to Mr. Vaux a Surgeon for assistanceThat he afterwards
went to Saint Barth [..] Hospital from where he went away as
Dept has been informed of his own accord last
Tuesday night.
