Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
in the Ward of Bishopsgate in London the
6th. day of March 1790 on view of the Body of
Susannah Flatman< no role > there Lying dead.

James River< no role > 's of old Bethlem hair dresser
maketh oath that the dead in the Dept. house in the
front room up two pair of lodged Stairs; that Thursday eve. the deced
not answering to Dept. knocking at her door, and not having been
seen for several hours Dept. & another person unlocked a door of her
room & then found her Langing at the pet of her bed by a small
cord one end whose of was pastened round her neck & the other end
to the [..] railing of the LondonSays the appeared to be quite dead.

Sarah Wife of the abovenamed James River< no role > 's maketh
oath that the deced has lodged in her husbands house for a
considerable time past; that Dept. has frequently observed her to be
much distressed in her mind & spirited.
