An Inquisition Indented taken for our sovereign Lord the King at London, that is to say, at the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate in the Ward of Bishopsgate without in London aforesaid an the sixth day of March in
the thirteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
Defender of the faith on before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said the King for the City of London and Borough of Southwark
on [..] ing of the body of Susannah Susannah Flawnall new here lying dead by the Oalle of James Burton< no role > William Stevenson< no role > Randall Clark< no role >
Benjamin Ivery< no role > Charles Cowling< no role > John Blunt< no role > Charles Poynes Jacob Cleak< no role > Richard Carrington< no role > Joseph Williams< no role > Walter West< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
Thomas Richardson< no role > Thomas Legatt< no role > James Webb< no role > [..] and John White< no role > good and lawful men of the City of London aforesaid who being now
here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire from said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said Susannah Flatman< no role >
came to her death say upon their oath that the said Susannah Flatman< no role > not being of sound mind manory and understanding Cut
lunatic and distracted on the fourth day of march in the Year aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid
one and of a certain small price of Cord of no value unto and about the railing of the tester of a certain Bed stead in the Bed chamber
of the said Susannah Flatman< no role > in the dwelling house of one [..] as Rivers situate in the Parish and ward aforesaid in London aforesaid and the
other End of the said piece of Cord unto and about his own neck then and there did fix tie and fasten By means whereof she the said
Susannah Flatman< no role > did then and there hang strangle and suffocate himself of which said hanging strangling and suffocation she
the said Susannah Flatman< no role > did then and these die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Susannah
Flatman not being of sound mind memory and Understanding bus lunatic and distracted in manner and by the mean aforesaid did
hang and hill [..] herself In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said James Burton< no role > on behalf of himself and the rest
of his fellows in their-Presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and real the day and year first above written
