Thomas Brown< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate maketh Oath
that he hath ten own the deced John Swallow< no role > between five and six Weeks
that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he hath been in the Sick Ward
where Deponent attends there sixteen Days past very ill with a Fever that
he continued very ill until Thursday Afternoon last (the 25th. instant) when
he departed this Life-that he was attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol
and Deponent has no doubt the Fever occasioned the deceased's Death
