maketh Oath that he hath known the deced Samuel Rudgley< no role > about a Fortnight
that he was also Prisoner for Debt that he was very ill in a Consumption
that he was so ill as to keep his Bed for the last three or four days previous
to his Death that he continued to get worse daily until Tuesday Evening
last when he departed this Life-that he was attended by the Surgeon
of the said Gaol and Deponent believes the aforesaid Complaint occasioned
the deceds death.
