Clark on the Eleventh day of January in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid having
upon the shoulder of him the said

a Porter's What and being then and there going and passing near unto
the fire place ina certain room in the dwelling house of oneClark there situate and a certain Tea Kettle
with boiling Water therein being then and there standing and resting and Griderin on the said fire place it so happened
that the said Porters Knot so being on the shoulder of the said

was so passing
near unto the fire place as aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune did struck against the handle of the
said Gridiron And the said Tea Kettle so standing and resting thereon now then and there by means thereof did
fall from all the said Gridiron And the said boiling water so contained in the said Tea Kettle as aforesaid their and there
by reason concern of the falling of the said Tea Kettle as aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune fill upon
and run ever the head of him the said

mortally sealded and here Of which said scalding and hurt he the said

aforesaid did languish and languishing did live On which said thirteenth
