LondonDepositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid the 8th. day of December 1789 on
view of the Body of William Cunnigham< no role >
then and there lying Dead

Thomas Brown< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced William Cunningham< no role >
about five or six Weeksthathe was also a Prisoner in the
said Gaol that he hath been in the Sick Ward where Deponent
attends these ten Days part very ill with a Fever that he
continued very ill until Yesterday Morning when he
departed this Life that he was attended by the Surgeon
of the said Gaol, and Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid
disorder was the came of his Death.
