maketh oath that he has examined the deced since his death
who say two wounds one on his nose the other in his mouth
which appears to have been occasioned by a pistol shot, and one of
them to have penetrated his Brain which Dept Lajurdoull
occasioned his death,Dept. says the deced has frequently
applied when on & as Dept concerned imaginary complaints upon
his control and manner when no doubt but he was disordered in
his mind, that he applied to Dept about three days since when his
manner & appearance were as on Coroner occasions & such as a deced
him to [..] entertain the same opinion of his mind being much affected

Tapp Widow maketh oath that the deced
came to her masters house in Wednesday eve., that he went to her
there and Dept as arms his bed; Hath should his now Door
within tide and sayed be would put his Candle out safe Not
Dept slopt in same floor with the deced, she went to rest to here
one and two o'Clock and while shewes in her room she heard the
report of a prisonersays the most money about in Dept low the
deced who Ladyment saying he would go out to his Doctor, that he
was not and his face and mouth appeared blood; That he went to
bed again between 6 & 7 & Dept went with him & left him the
desired not to be disturbed until he should knock-That about the
whole Dept & the family were at Breakfast and heard a Noise
