Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Christian
Church in the Ward of Farringdon within
London aforesaid the 31st day of October
1789 on view of the Body of William
Gastick
< no role > then and there lying Dead

Thomas Brown< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that he hath Known the deced
William Gastick< no role > about six or seven Weeks that he was also
a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he leath bed [..] came into the Sick
Ward where Dept. attends an Tuesday Night last
seqleaiththat he appeared very ill and Kept. his
Bed from the time he came into the Sick Ward until
Thursday Morning about ten O'Clock when he departed
this Life that he was attended by the Surgeon of the
said Gaol. that the deced expired suddenly but what
his Complaint was Dept. cannot say
