sometime then lately before had been sick and discased in her Body and of such sickness and discase she the said Susanna
Cornwall did then lately before die and to the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid by the Visitation of God died a natural death and by no violent means
or method whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said coroner as the said Miscalls Johnson the foreman of the said
Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and
seals the day year and place first above written.
