An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London, that is to say, at the
Parish of Saint Mary at Hill in the Ward of Billinsgate
in London aforesaid on the twenty fourth day of September
the twenty ninth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King defender of the Faith Etc before

aforesaid who being now here duly
chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said George Joseph came
to his death say upon their oath that the said George Joseph on the twenty third day of September in the year aforesaid
at the Parish of Saint Botolph without Billingsgate
in the Ward of Billingsgate
in London aforesaid accidentally casually
and by misfortune fell into the River Thomas and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there suffocated
and drowned Of which said suffocation and drowning he the said George Joseph did then and there die And so the Jurors
aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said George Joseph accidentally casually and by misfortune was suffocated
and drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
