London Informations of Witnesses taken at the Parish of
Christ Church in the Ward of Farringdon within
in Landon the Sixth day of January 1789 on
View of the Body of Thomas Morgan< no role > then
and there lying dead

William Wright< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced Thomas Morgan< no role >
for this fornight pastthat he was also Prisoner in the
said Gaol that he hath been in the Sick Ward where Dept.
attends the whole of that time very ill with a Consumption
that he continued very ill until Sunday Morning when Depts.
he departed this Life that he was attended by the
Surgeon of the said Gaol that he believes that disorder
to have been the cause of his Death
