London Informations of Witnesses taken at the
Parish of Christ Church in the ward of
Farringdon within in London the 5th
day of January 1789 on view of the Body
of John Whittaker< no role > then and there dying
dead

William Wright< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deced
John Whitaker< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for this Week past
that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he hath been
in the said Ward the whole of that time very ill with a
Fever that he continued very ill until Sunday Evening
when he departed this Life in a strong Convulsion fit
that he was attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol
that he believes the Fever and fed he had as before stated
was the cause of his death
