Elizabeth North< no role > Spinster Servant to said Jacob Frankson< no role >
maketh Oath and saith that the deced has lodged in her
Masters house abot. a Week part before the accident happened
that abot ½ part & On Sunday Morning the 7th. inst Dept. went up to
a two pair of Stairs Room in for said Masters house where she
had not been long before she heard somebody in the Garret
ever said Room Reach and hauk as if they were sick
that she immediately went up into said Room and there
saw the deced lying with his Face downwards upon his
Hammock or Bedding that she saw a great deal of blood
comeing from as she then thought the deceds Mouth last that
she asked the deced if he was sick he answered yes that she went to the deced andthrowed held d him upon his
Back and saw the deceds Throat was Cut that he self with his Face downward that she
immediately went down Stairs and alarmed her said
Master and some other persons [..] pmates of the deced
who were then in the House-that Dept. one Peter Smith< no role >
& one James Watts< no role > went up to the deced that she then
saw a Razor in the deceds hand very Bloodythat she
took the Razor out of deceds hand and then went neat
Door and called a SurgeonThat two or three days before
deced act his Throat he was in the Tap Room of Dept.
Master house drinking by himself-That he fell down
upon the floor of said Room in as Dept. thot. a fit that on
his comeing to himself-somebody in said Room asked Deced
what was the Matter when he answd. nothing but seen
Melancholy and dull afterwards until to be time of his Cutting
his Throat.

Oath and Saith that he is a Seafaring Man that he has
Brown the deced for about Twenty two Months that the
sailed in the same Ship with the deced that believes
6 & 7 in the forenoon of Sunday the 7th. inst. being then in a
two pair of Stairs Room in said Mr. Franksons herself
