Hopkins This Court is of Opinion and Doth Adjudge that the sd.
Charles Robins< no role >
as Aggrieved by the said Assessment in respect of the
Sum Charged upon him therein and it being Necessary to give due
releife to the said Charles Robins< no role >
This Court doth thereupon Order
that the said Rate or Assessment so far as relates to the said Charles
Robins be Amended in Manner following (that is to say) that
instead of the sum of Two Shillings and two pence P Week
Charged on the said Charles Robins< no role >
by the said Ratoer Assessment
for the aforesaid Three Tenements as One house he be therein
Assessed One Shilling P Week and no more as to the said two
houses or Tenements in the Possion of the said Charles Robins< no role >
&
Ten pence P Week as to the said other house or Tenement on
the Possion of the saidHopkins
