To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Trinity [..]
in the City of London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Dionis backchurch
in the said City
and to every of them:

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Trinity
London, That Mary Meeson< no role > Singlewoman
from Mr Surries above 2 yrs ago
hath
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to became charge-
able thereto,unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Mary as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and [..] also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary
to be in the Said Parish of Saint Dionis back church
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Trinity
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 14th Day of October One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety four
