and Liberties.

to wit,


WHEREAS Ann Rowles< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
London Single Woman , in her voluntary
Examination, taken this Day in Writing, and upon Oath
before me (one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace , in
and for the said City and Liberties) hath declared that
she is with Child which is likely to be Born a Bastard
and be come chargeable to be said Parish that Robert
Mc.Cullock
< no role > late of the Minories London Grocer
is the father thereof And
Whereas Henry Gretton< no role >
one of the Oversees of the Poor of the said
Parish of saint Dionas Backchruch hath made Applica-
tion unto me, for immediate apprehending the said
Robert Mc. Cullock to answer to the Premisses:

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to
authorize and require you, and every of you, to ap-
prehend the said Robert Mc, Cullock and
to bring him before me, or some other of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace , for this City and Liberties, that he
be proceeded against as the Law directs. Given under
my Hand and Seal, this Twenty Seventh Day
of April in the Year of our Lord One
thousand seven hundred and [..] Seventy
