WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City of London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Said Parish of Saint Bartholomew
London, That Israel Slatter< no role > and his two Children
to wit Elizabeth< no role > aged three Years and Israel < no role >
aged five Months did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Israel Slatter< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Israel Slatter< no role > and his two
Children
to be in the Said Parish of Saint Dionas Backchurch
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be Sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Bartholomew
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Israel Slatter< no role >
and his two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Dionis Backchurch
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals, this 11th Day of November
