YOU are hereby summoned Personally to appear before
me or some other of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City and Liberties thereof, at the Lord Mayor's
Justice Room, Guildhall , on Tuesday next, at Nine
of the Clock in the Forenoon, to answer the Complaint of
Joseph Watts< no role > and to shew Cause why you refuse to
Relieve himhe being one of your Poor, and
in great Distress. And hereof fail not, as you will answer the
Contempt. Given under my Hand, this 4 Day of
