Surrey, to wit.


To the Constables of the Parish of St. Olave
Southwark in the County of Surrey , to receive and
convey: And to the Church-Wardens, chapel-war-
dens, or Overseers of the Poor, of the Parish, Place
or Precient of Saint Dionis Back Church
in the City of London
[..] or either of them, to receive and
obey.

WHEREAS Jane Martin< no role >
was apprehend in the
Parish ofas Rouge and Vagabond and
brought before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County; and upon Examination of the said Jane Martin< no role >
taken before me upon
Oath, it doth appear, That the said Jane Martin< no role > is a
Rogue and Vagabond
within the true Intent and Meaning of the Statute in that Case made
and provided; and that the Place of her last legal Settlement
is at the Parish of Saint Dionis Back Church
aforesaid

These are therefore to require you the Constables, to convey the
said Vagabond to the Parish of Saint Magnus the
Martyr in the City of London that bring the Way
to the said Parish of St. Dionis. Backchurch and her to
deliver, or cause to be delivered, to some Church-warden, Chapel-
warden, or Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Dionis Back Church aforesaid; to be there provided
for according to Law: And you the said Church-wardens, Chapel-
wardens, and Overseers of the Poor, are hereby required to receive
the said Vagabond and provide for her as aforesaid.

Given under my Hand and Seal this 24 th. Day of January
1789
