the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch London

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
hands and Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Majty's Justices of
the peace for the City of London (Qurn Unus) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Botolph without Aldgate London That Mary Wyatt< no role > Wido
of Leonard Wyat< no role > deceased and Anne their child
aged five Months arelately come into the
Said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely presented are likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true. and Forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of
Susannah Osbridge< no role > That Leonard Wyat< no role > father of
the Said Mary Wyat< no role > 's husband served this Apprenticeship
with his Walford a Wine Cooper in the Parish of St Dionis
Backchurch London and no other legal Settlement
elsewhere appearing unto us since. We do also adjudge the
said Parish of St. Dionis Backchruch to be the Place of their last
legal Settlement

Overseers of the poor there Some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for them according to
Law. Given under our hands and Seals this 30th day of
