demised premissed sett and Plant five Oak and five Young trees
or Saplings and afterwards during the said term of eleven years
Preserve the growth thereof in her of one elme tree now growing
upon the said demised premisses which is assign'd & allowed him the
said thomas Pidgeon< no role > by the said Churchwardens & Trustees for
necessary repairs in and about the said demised premisses Then this
obligacon to be void But if the said Thomas Pidgeon< no role > his Extors
Admtors or Assigns or any of them shall make default in Performance
of the said Covenants in the said Leased contained or in indempnifying
the said parishfrom the saidSuch taxes or in planding Such treesas aforesaid
or in preserveing the growth thereof as aforesaid then the Same
to be & remain in full force & Power
