The Condition of the abovewritten Obligation is such That Whereas Anne the said Anne Ridle< no role > -
now Turner< no role > was in the yeare of our Lord God one Thousand seven hundred and Two delivered of a female Child
and charged the above bound James Turner< no role > for the reputed Father which said Child was Christened in the
said Pish of St Dionis Backchurch by the Name of Anne and left in the said parish by the said Anne-
Ridlewho was afterwards married to the above bound James Turner< no role > If therefore the above bound
James Turner< no role > and Anne< no role > his Wife and Anne Faireweather< no role > or any of Them their or any of their Heirs Extr
or Adtors doe from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter fully and cleerly acquitt discharge and save-
harmles as well the abovenamed Charles Michell< no role > and Thomas King< no role > the present Churchwardens of the
parish Church of St Dioins Backchurch aforesaid and their Successors for the Time being and every of Them
as also all the Inhabitants and Parishoners of the said Parish which now are or hereafter shall be for
the Time being and every of Them of & from all and all manner of Costs Charge and expences whatsover
which shall or may in any manner of wise at any Time hereafter arise happen come grow or be imposed
upon Them for or by reason of the Brith or Education non rishing or bringing up of the said Child and of
and from all other actions Suites Charges Troubles Impeachments and demands whatsoever touching and
concerning the same That then this obligation to be Voide or else to be and remaine in full force and Vertue.
