Church for the Choice of Parish Officers for the Year ensuing and upon
other Affairs

to serve the Office of Upper Church Warden for the Year ensuing & Chose

Under Church Warden

Church Warden for the year ensuing and Chose

desired the same might be now Read and the same was Read
accordingly

The Petition of Mr John

Therein settingforth his former Petition to the Vestry at Easter
last and an Order then made on hearing the same Petition for
allowing him £20 for one year as a Gratuity upon the Conditions in
the said Order mentioned which he Gratefully acknowledged and
now Praying by this Petition for the Reasons therein contained such
further Allowance for his support as this Vestry should think fit
