This Vestry was held Pursuant to Publick Notice Given
in the Church
And Mr Dunn acquainted the Gentlemen Present
That at the last Vestry held in laster Week for the Choice of
Parish Office Mr Joseph Salvadore< no role >
was duly Chose to Serve the
Office of Collector and Sidesman
for the Year ensuing But It
being Alledged By Mr Salvadores Attorney at several Meetings
on his Behalf that He was not Eligible to Serve a Case had
been Prepared and laid before Dr. Hay who was of Opinion
that Mr Joseph Salvadore< no role >
was and ought to be Deemed
an Inhabitant of this Parish and Consequently Eligible
to Serve.
