Mr Church Wardens Helmunt Acquainted the Gentlemen
present, That Mr James Marener, Mr Daniel Quartermaine, and Mr.
Richard White< no role > were the only Surviving Feoffees In Trust of the
Lands at Collier Row belonging to this Parish, and that is was necessary
they should Convey the same to New Feoffees to be chosen by the
Vestry, pursuant to the Will of Alderman Abdey deceased the Donor
and that a Draft of a Conveyance had been prepared for that purpose.

The Order of Vestry of 28 Septr
1730. for appointing New
Feoffees of the parish Lands
at Collier Row Confirmed

The Vestry being afterwards informed That Joseph

Plaisterer , Mr Joseph Mitchell< no role > , and Mr John Cheslyn< no role > were (among
other Gentlemen since deceased, and removed out of the parish)
chosen Feoffees In Trust for this parish By an Order of Vestry dated
the 28th day of September 1730.

Ordered That the said Order of Vestry dated 28th September 1730
with Respect to the Choice of the said Gentlemen for Trustees as
aforesaid be Confirmed.
