Ordered That the Note of the Sword Blades Company for Three hundred thirty three pounds
five Shillings, and Twenty one pounds nineteen Shillings & three Pence in money, in all
Three hundred fifty five pounds four Shillings & three pence be taken out of the Chest &
delivered to Mr. Dennett, to purchase therewith South Sea Stock for the use of this Company
which was done accordingly, and for which he gave his Note Which was left in Renter
Wardens hands.

Rent for Repairs.
Ordered That Mr. Fordham the prsent. Tenant of the Hall be allowed the first Quarters
Rent due & payable by his Lease thereof in case he makes the two front buildings towards
the Gardens, both alike, with Stone Copeings on ye. Parapett Walls; The Clossett & Door Case
under it on ye. East part of ye. sd. Front to be included & made equall in proporcon to the West
part of ye. sd. Front by Brickwork & Windows, and that all be well done & in workmanlike
manner, Otherwise that Order to be Null & Void.
