for this time repealed by reason of ye. little number of the Livery.

Ordered, that no person be made free of this Company or bound an Apprentice
out of Court unless ten Shillings be paid for the use of the Poor of this Company

for Renting the Hall.

Ordered, That a Lease be lett to James Fordham< no role > Citizen & Skinner of London of
the Company's Hall & Garden, as they were in Sr. Gabriel Roberts< no role > This name instance is in set 1748. 's. Possion for Forty
one Years from Midsumr. 1717 at Fifty two pounds yearly Rent, payable quartrly
Tenant to be allowed the first years Rent, towards repairs, he taking ye. Hall & Garden
Etc. as they now are, & to repair them Reserving to ye. Company a Place for their Stand [..]
& the use of the Hall Etc as in Sr. Gabriel Roberts< no role > 's. Lease with other comon Covenants
as in other ye. Company's Leases. Tenant to payall Parish & Ward duties from
Comencemt. of ye. Lease, and Company to pay ye. Land Tax only from Midsumr. 17th
And that he Signifie his consent to ye. Master & Wardens on Thursday ye. 13th. instant at
three of the clock. at the Crown Coffee house behind ye. Exchange whether he wil complete
with ye. Termes above written, or not And that the Master & Wardens & as many of the [..]
Court of Assistants as Shall think fit to meet, do have power to make an Agreemt. with Mr.
Fordham, about the Rent of the Lease.

The 13th. June 1717 be Agreed to take a Lease on ye. Termes above menconed, and paid ye. Renter
Warden, by way of Earnest a Guinea for ye. use of the Poor.

Mr. Lewiss. Proposal
in Lime Street , rejected.

Ordered, That Mr. Lewis's. new Proposall made to this Court by his Letter be totally
rejected unless he comply with the former Order.

June ye. 24th. 1717.

Present, the Master & Wardens Bowcher & Dawson, Mr.
Arlidge , Mr. Andrews, Mr. Dennett, Mr. Chamberlen, Mr. Brittan, Mr.Headland.

Ordered, That the persons named in ye. Order made last Court day to be Sumoned
the Livery be not Sumoned till after next Court day.
