Smith Sea Stock bought

Mr. Dennett reported that he had bought with ye. Company's money Two hundred pounds
South Sea Stock at One hundred & Eleven pounds fifteen Shillings P Cent which with
five Shillings paid for Brokage and Two pounds Eleven Shillings he now paid to the Renter
Warden makes Two hundred Twenty Six pounds & Six Shillings, and is in full discharge
of his Note.

Mr. Lewis's. draught of his Lease was againe read, and the Master reported that pursuant
to ye. Order of ye. last Court, he together with ye. Wardens & Sewall of ye. Assistants had
viewed ye. prmisses designed to be leased to Mr. Lewis, & agreed to permit him to pull down the
twoold front houses in Lime Street , & in ye. room thereof to erect Warehouses pursuant to
the draught of his Lease and the pump to be left out of his Lease.

Ordered, that the Renter Warden do [..] renew the policies of Insurance, where
necessary for ye. Company.

Mr. Ricketts ye. Gardnr.

A petition of Thomas Ricketts< no role > Gardner was read, praying this Company to consider him
as to a Debt due from Joseph Knapp< no role > late Clerke to ye. Sd. Company, Whereupon It is
Ordered, that the Renter Warden do give ye. Sd. Thomas Ricketts< no role > Teen Shillings by way of
Charity, he being poor and promiseing to trouble ye. Company no more upon that
account, which he gave accordingly.

East India Bonds returned
the Chest.

The Renter Warden returned ye. East India Bonds, Having received the Interest due thereon
at Michas day last (amounting to [..] ) Thirteen pounds Ten Shills
which were putt into the Chest, and his Note for them taken out & delivered to him.
