Court Continued ye 6th. day of January 1712

£30: to the Poor

Ordered, That Thirty Pounds be given to the Pensioners or other Poor of this
Company, to be disposed of in such manner & in Such proporcons as the Sewall
persons going the Severall Walks Shall think most meet; And that the Sd. thirty
Pounds be divided in the proporcons following, Vizt. for the Western Walk (being
Thirty four Pensioners in number) Seventeen Pounds. for the Eastern Walk, (being
Eighteen in number) Nine pounds; & for the Southerne Walk, (being Eight in number)
four pounds. And that the Renter Warden do pay the Sd. respective Sumes to one of
the persons, hereafter appointed to go the Sd. respective Walks, to dispose of the Sd. Charity.

Western Walk.

Ordered, That the Master Arlidge Mr Warden Lennett Mr. Webon & Mr. Norman Sen be
desired to go the Western walk, to dispose of the Sd. Sume of Seventeen Pounds as
above on the Nineteenthday of this instant January.

Eastern Walk.

Ordered, That the Renter Warden Mr. Freeman Mr. Calcutt & Mr. Bowcher be
desired to go the Eastern Walk to dispose of the Sd. Sume of Nine pounds as above on the
day of this instant January.

Southern Walk.

Ordered, That Mr. Warden Bridon Mr. Foltrop & Mr. Rickward be desired to go the Southern
Walk to dispose of the Sd. four pounds as above on theday of this
instant January.

Clerk's house to be
repaired.

Ordered That the Renter Warden do putt a new Ground Plate under the parlour
Window in the Clerks house & make the Same Secure; & that he do wt. he thinks
wanting & proper in repairing the Sd. house, according to his discretion.

2 East India Bonds to be
delided to Mr. Dennett

Ordered, That the Two East India Bonds for Two hundred Pounds each whereon
Eighty Pounds principall money, only is due, on both, be taken out of the Iron Chest,
& delivered to Mr. Warden Dennett, to be disposed of for the benefitt of this Company.

Harris a Pensionr . to be
readmitted.

Ordered, That James Harris< no role > a Pensioner not having come to receive his Pension, &
being reported to be dead, & therefore Struck out of the List, but now appearing
& praying Releife; that his name be again putt into ye Sd. List, next after the
name of Elizabeth Juniver< no role > .

Thursday the 15th. day of Janry. 1712 Out of Court
Present Mar. Arlidge, the 3 Wardens, Mr. Warren, Mr.
Rickward, Mr. Chamberlen.

Thomas Ginn< no role > made free by Testimony of his Mar. Thomas Lindsey< no role > ,
by a Note under his hand, dated ye. 15th. instant, testifying his Servitude.
